Structor for iPhone, iPad and web

Getting access

Structor accounts are set up by your company. If you don't have a login yet, ask your company's Structor administrator to invite you. There is no public sign-up.

Signing in

In the iPhone or iPad app, search for your company by name, choose it from the list, then enter the username or work email and password your company gave you. To switch companies after signing out, choose Choose a different company.

On the web, go to structor.build, start typing your company's name and choose it from the list. Then enter the username or work email and password your company gave you. To pick a different company, choose Change next to the company name. If your company isn't listed, ask your company's Structor administrator.

Forgotten password

Your company's administrator can reset your password or send you a new login link. If you're the administrator, email us and we'll help.

Notifications

To receive project alerts on your phone, allow notifications when the app asks, or turn them on later in iPhone Settings → Notifications → Structor. Text-message alerts can be turned off by asking your administrator.

Photos and documents

The app uses your camera and photo library only when you choose to attach a photo or document to a project. Plans and PDFs can be opened, shared, and saved to Files using the standard iPhone share sheet.

Deleting your account or data

In the app, open Account & Privacy and choose Request account deletion. Confirm with your current password. The app shows a receipt, and we process the request manually within 30 days and confirm completion using your account email. You do not need to call or email to start deletion. Report content or abusive behavior

Structor is a private company workspace, not a public social network. Do not upload unlawful, threatening, harassing, sexually exploitative, or infringing material. In the app, open Account & Privacy → Report content or abusive behavior. Include the project, record, or shared link and the account involved, if known. Reports are recorded for your company administrators, who can investigate records and restrict abusive accounts. To contact Structor directly, email eli@rtbailey.com. We reply within one business day.

Company administrators control membership and record access. If you receive an objectionable shared inspection link without an account, send the link to the support address above. Shared links are limited to selected inspection records; there is no public feed, public discovery, anonymous posting, or user-to-user direct messaging service.
